Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Immediately after receiving your order, we will contact our suppliers to verify stock availability and confirm that the item is ready for shipment.
If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipping. Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 5 business days.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and your payment has been processed, it will ship within 5 business days from the order date.
You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping to the USA and Canada
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If our website allows you to complete checkout using your shipping address, your order will be processed and fulfilled accordingly.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that changing the delivery address may cause delays.
Any additional charges imposed by the freight carrier due to a change of address will be the customer's responsibility, without exception.

Shipping Options
Curbside Delivery (Free) – Standard delivery to your curb or driveway. Orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days after the order is placed.
Threshold Delivery – Your order is delivered to your porch or another accessible sheltered area, such as a garage, when available.
White Glove Delivery – Your order is delivered to the room of your choice. This service may include minor assembly and removal of packaging materials, depending on the product and service availability.
